Delivery Information

After purchasing your order, you need to understand all the delivery information required. Before continuing with any of the process you will receive an email with the delivery charges and fees so that you can confirm and proceed with the order

	Delivery Time Once you have confirmed the requirements for the delivery fees through email, you will be expected to receive your order within 1 week of working days between the period 8am to 6pm. We will be contacting you within the expected exact timing of receiving the order so that you are available at the place of meeting. The best approximate timing will be provided beforehand and confirmed within a short period
	Delivery Transport Method Our transportation method includes only on the road transportation, therefore whatever address you have set and wherever you were, you will receive your delivery in no time. The delivery van might be only sent with your order; therefore, you should always be available at the place of delivery and are responsible for any delay or unavailability. If there is likely to be a problem please inform us beforehand so that we can discuss any alternative option.
	Damaged items received As soon as you receive the floorings, and before the delivery man leaves you must check and make sure that all the items are in good condition and are of the right number. There's a minimal chance for this to happen but it's better to be safe than sorry, that's why you should always check each and every item and make sure nothing is missing. If there's a problem with the order then you have to immediately write out a note to the delivery man and contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure that we acknowledge the problem.
