This usually happens when you’re installing the flooring in an area where you want to apply two different flooring materials.
  • End Transition Strips
It’s very similar to reducer transition strips which means it is used when the surface of the floor is not at an even space but it’s preferably used when the difference in the surface is thicker than usual. For example a high thick carpet and laminate floors.

T- Transition strips are used when you want to separate the flooring and doorways as well as separate between two different floorings that are at the same level. For example when you want to install one type of flooring in one big room. It’s shaped like a T therefore it’s called T- transition strips, and can help connect different rooms together.
  • Baseboard transition strips
These transition strips are used as a transition between two different shaped surfaces for example horizontal and vertical. Like placing a transition strips between your laminate floor and the wall. The advantage of these transition strips is that they can be changed in color according to the color of your flooring and wall by simply painting it.
